Mississippi Legislative Black Caucus advocates for Medicaid expansion

Members of the Mississippi Legislative Black Caucus continued their call for Medicaid expansion and put their support behind the House version of the bill that would expand Medicaid for working Mississippians earning up to 138% of the federal poverty level.
